Individual Dimensions in Learning offers a complete academic tutoring program for all grade levels. Our highly skilled staff of over thirty certified teachers works with students on a flexible private tutoring schedule while particular study groups meet at specific times. In addition to tutoring in the standard academic subjects, tutoring is also available in study skills/time management, speed-reading, composition and term paper writing and college entrance test preparation.

Our popular S.A.T. study groups are offered throughout the school year. Study groups follow a curriculum similar to that which we have used in our on-site programs at Pine Crest School and Cardinal Gibbons High School in previous years. Individual Dimensions in Learning has had success in raising scores based on proven techniques in every aspect of the S.A.T. test-taking process. A commitment to individualized attention has been a major factor and is also a reason for limiting each study group to only six students. Study groups are planned to meet for eleven three-hour sessions over nine week periods before each S.A.T. test this school year. A student's confidence will be bolstered as he/she encounters actual S.A.T. tests for practice, enhanced by our techniques for each type of question, guessing and timing. Only the most currently released S.A.T. tests will be used to ensure a student's realistic expectation of a particular score.

Since the majority of students who attend sessions at Individual Dimensions are here as a result of word-of-mouth advertising, I feel that it might be beneficial to mention that our center is the proud recipient of referrals from guidance departments all over the area.
